OUTPUT OF THE PROJECT

The products/results will be a website with a transnational course and a manual for training in Portuguese, English, Spanish, Check and Hungarian.
At the end of the course families and professionals of other areas who want to get more information on specific contents could access either to the Manual or to the site.

a) A website on autism and other complex dependency needs It will contain 6 non-sequential modules of theoretical and practical training adjusted to:
  • the reality of each of the transnational partners.

  • the academic level of people in training.

  • the needs of training of the nonqualified staff in an interactive way.
The modules will be made by the co-ordinator with the active collaboration of all partners.
They will be written in English (EN) and translated into Portuguese (PT), Spanish (ES), Check (CZ) and Hungarian (HU).

b) A manual for training with different characteristics from the others:
  • It will be written in a very accessible language to be read by persons without high academic level.

  • It will include the course and the activities proposed and refer many examples of situations and practical cues to deal with them.

  • It will be illustrated whenever is possible using the drawings as a well understood common language.

  • Paintings and other cultural productions will illustrate the situations and the characteristics of autism.

  • It will be written with the active collaboration of the participants in the project, persons with autism (graphic materials) and their families, through the results of the experimentation of the modules.
