EVALUATION
According to the methodology used, the evaluation will be made through the process of training by the co-ordinator and all the participants. The co-ordinator initiates the process of evaluation, sets the agenda and designs the collection and analysis of data. The monitors in each country will evaluate how trainees receive the information, how they apply information in practice. In the first part of the training an instrument will be prepared to evaluate the quality of the course. It will include indicators that will be evaluated all along the training. The monitoring and the orientation aims to a practical judgement in concrete situations and the validity of theories or hypotheses will be made through practice. Questions put on the site and afterwards discussed and answered can help to evaluate the learning process. The nature of the project implies the use of questionnaires to evaluate the satisfaction of the trainers and the trainees, interviews, direct observation. The monitor will gather all the information collected in the practice. During the training there will be moments of summative evaluation of the process and the products. External evaluation The external evaluation will rely on the indicators of quality. There will be two moments of intermediate evaluation when the University of Azores will analyse the data collected and the results of internal evaluation. The final internal evaluation will also be a contribution to the final external evaluation. |
